Windows will not activate because the key being used is an MSDN key that was sold in violation of the subscribers agreement with MS, the key was never intended for resale and therefore has been blocked for abuse.
Windows Product ID: 00359-231-7729917-86736
THe underlined portions of the PID indicates that this is an MSDN key, you should not have an MSDN key unless you have an MSDN subscription and the key was derived from that subscription. Please read the following sticky concerning MSDN keys.

Of course, if you DO have a subscription and that is how this key was obtained non of this applies and you should contact TN support.
