    Outllok express gives error message in send dialog box, indicating message not sent. Error message details box is blank. Sent box does not show that e-mail was sent. Sendees are receiving multiple copies of the e-mail, indicating that it keeps sending without confirmation that it was successfully sent. It seems to happen when ever an attachment is included. Message stays in draft box and gets resent multiple times until message is deleted from draft box. What is the fix?
