CRM E-Mail can not send attachment correctly RRS feed

  • Hi Forum,

    i hope this is the right forum.

    we have some problems with sending pdf files via CRM 2011. We create an email task in crm and add some attachments (mostly pdf files). Some pdf files have interactive content (in adobe recognized as flash). The email itself will be send. But the recipient of that mail receives something like in the screen shot (the red marked attachment).

    It has something to do with the way CRM stores the attachments, because the same pdf can be send via outlook normally.

    Maybe someone has an suggestion ?
