Using SyncToy with Mozy Backup RRS feed

    I use Mozy for remote backup of my files. I want to move my files to WD My Book to save space on my laptop, however Mozy only accesses Fixed Disks. Their support recommended using Synctoy to make the external drive look like a fixed disk allowing them to access it. Anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

    Hi,

    With sync toy you can sync data between your fixed Disks and USB ones or even Mapped Network Drive.

    Sync Toy does not care about the Disks but folders. it Sync data based on the folders.

    So you can create a folder pair with the action(synchronize/echo...) that you perfer.

    But be aware that, when sync data with sync toy, do not make any modifications under the folder.
