Hi,
i have purchased and installed a Windows 7 Starter SEA OEM into a PC. unfortunately that PC giving trouble and i have scarab that PC and installed the starter to a another PC. but now i can activate the Windows 7 Starter SEA OEM on the new PC. please anyone can help me??

Unfortunately, the Windows 7 Starter edition OEM license is permanently bound to the very first computer it is installed and activated on. If that computer dies, then so does the Windows 7 Starter OEM license.
In addition, a Windows Starter OEM version designated as "SEA" can only be activated in a country geographically located in Southeast Asia.
