Try logging in with a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or even your mobile phone.
- Open your web browser here:
http://register.prometric.com - On the left side, click Update Personal Information.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Update personal information and click Next.
- Verify that the update worked.
