    I set up synctoy about 5 months ago right after I got my PalmPre. I fumbled through the process and somehow got it to work. I last sync'd 2 months ago. Recently I rearranged my desktop and may have tossed a folder that went with my synctoy setup. When I try to sync I get and error message that says it can't find the folder that ends in Pre. This is the folder on the right (I guess this is the one that represents the Pre). Anyway I am afraid I won't have my music and several other goodies backed up when I get a new Pre as I think my current unit is slowly dying. I need some help to get this set up properly. I am very willing to pay some 20-25 bucks to help get set up again. I am sure it won't take more than 15 minutes on the phone. My email is jfscars52@hotmail.com. yhanks.

    Hi,
         I am not very clear of your problem. Do you mean one of your folder in your folder pairs is gone? If yes, then you should have another foler there, why not create a new folder pair sync it from that existing folder to a new folder(new created as right folder)? Use echo action, preview first.

         If this is not the case, explain it more, let us see if we can help you with your problem.
