Microsoft does not release details of the types of questions that will appear in an exam. The following link provides details of the types of questions you should expect in an exam http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/CertGeneral/thread/47aedf10-ea1b-4628-a116-263760e4db50
Study material for this exam can be found here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?id=70-483#tab3. Please note that as this is a newly released exam, there is very little in the way of official study material available. That said, you can use the Skills Measured in the exam to research content via MSDN, research content on blogs or one of the many commercially available C# programming books.
Microsoft does not release past exam papers and/or questions. Furthermore, any website or link you come across which state they contain previous exam papers/questions will contain content in breach of exam NDA and copyright and using such materials will result in disqualification from sitting any Microsoft exams. Please refer to the following link for more information on exam security and integrity http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-policies.aspx
The official link for this exam is http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?id=70-483
MeasureUp and Self Test Software are the most popular testing engines to use however neither of these have released exams for this certification.

Hi Sivakugan,
Please take a look at Jeff's comments. They are very helpful. There are not a lot of study materials out for the 483 exam because it is so new. To find good study material, you might want to consider the material for the 70-536 exam. This particular exam tested candidates on foundations of programming (C# or VB.NET.) You will find that there is a lot of good material out there for the 70-536 exam. In fact, Microsoft Press released a second edition of its training kit for the exam. Here is the link for information about the exam: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-536&locale=en-us#tab2
Here is a direct link for the training kit: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Book.aspx?ID=12915&locale=en-us
If you start by studying the 70-536 material then you will have a good foundation. Once you are at that point, go to the page for the 70-483 exam and take a look at the skills measured tab. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/ru/ru/exam.aspx?ID=70-483&Locale=en-us Go through the list of skills and then do some research on the web for new and changed topics.
Good luck!

As Mr. Wharty stated there are still only a few training materials available. I have created an exam preparation guide which includes mostly links to msdn but also to other resources on the web. This way you can concentrate on your learning instead of searching through the web all the time.
