Hi,
we have setup crm 2011 organization
in this organization we have 2 mail servers
we have
mail box A in
mail server 1 which used to receive technical inquiries from clients
we have
Mail Server 2 which users have their mail boxes used it to track their emails. (email router is configured with Mail sever 2)
Since
mail server 1 is not configured with email router and we want to track
clients (client entered in CRM as contacts and accounts) emails we have set forward rules which send email to
Mailbox in mail Server 2
Where the forward emails are received as below
From :client (contact or account in crm)
To :mailbox A
we have setup queue for
mail box B and configured the email router
but the emails forwarded are not being tracked in CRM however the sender is a contact in our CRM organization but the receiver is not a user in CRM
Any suggestions to solve this problem?
