Can not re-install.

My trial recently expired, and I have just bought a subscription. For some odd reason, I can not install the program again.

It told me to exit out of the site, and open a wizard? When I clicked out, there was no "wizard", nor can I find a way to

install the program.

Hello gmom212, if you have already uninstalled the trial, run the One Care install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 and install the trial again - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/3/default.htm After installation open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase your subscription and One Care will activate.
