    Hi,

    I have passed my first exam 2weeks ago. but I still didn't get my MC id and access code. although i still didn't get any email from Microsoft. so how can i get my MC id and access code? and how can I get my transcript of my exam?

    Hi,

    you can contact MCP service center. You should find some details about your exam on certification results. Please them also scanned copy of these results.
