Please follow the steps outlined below as it could either resolve your issue or, if need be, provide us with additional information to determine the cause of this issue.

     

    1.      Ensure you log onto the computer experiencing the issue with “Administrator” rights.

    2.      Next we would like to confirm that you are running the most current version of the Genuine Advantage control on your computer. Please follow the below link and choose the “Validate Office” option.

    What types of error message are you seeing during the validation failure? 

     

    Also you can Run Internet Explorer with Administrator rights to see if that helps.

  • why my office validation fails.......I was led to some one saying to do something then post it here.I did and I have no idea what is going to happen because I still can't validate my office.

  • I got all that stuff from the diagnostics, then I was told to copy it and post it, so I did being the lemming I am.

     

    So now I think I wait?

     

    Is Jesus coming? I hope it's soon because this coming election looks pretty grim!
