  Sorry but a question on why they are shutting down OneCare doesn't fit here.

  
  

  Moving to Off Limits.

  
  

  (I read the opinion somewhere that they were shutting it down because it didn't pay to have it as a chargeable service and so they were incorporating a basic level in the next version of the OS. But that was just something I read briefly and in a hurry)
