Question

Hi I am facing problem in loading loader.aspx ( CRM 4.0 site). I am getting error "The Page cannot be found". I tried all possible ways but all in vain.
I am trying the same on the server on which I installed CRM.Previously the CRM site was working fine but suddenly it stopped working.I tried to browse the loader.aspx page from IIS but still the same problem I am facing. Is this problem regarding the CRM setup or related to IIS?Do I install 4.0 again and import the same organisation?
I tried to browse other pages from activities and they are getting displayed.I am CRM administrator and deployment manager too.
Can anyone please let me know the sollution ASAP.I required to solve this urgently.

Hi
Check if Microsoft CRM services are running.
Go to Run --> Services.msc and check for Microsoft Dynamics CRM services.
If these are stopped, start them and then try to check your crm once again

Hi Archana,
Check if the organization isn't disabled in the deployment manager?
Try a server restart.
Are you trying to access using CRM administrator? Check if the administrator and crm server is on the same domain? I had this issue with one of our clients where-in the changed their domain server and activated a new domain, but the CRM server was still pointing to the old domain.
Check the event log (event viewer) and see for any specific error. Post the error log here.
Do let us know if you resolved it?

Hi Gagandeep,
I was trying to access using administrator and admin and CRM was on the same domain. I couldn't get suceeded so I just installed CRM 4.0 on new server and imported the org on the newer one so the system works fine now.But now reports are not running outside of the system. That is it only runs on the machine where CRM installed. Please note that database and CRM server are on different servers.I am getting following error when running my report:
Web service request SetParameters to Report Server http://hqsrvsps:81/ReportServer failed with SoapException. Error: An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted).
Now I am going to migrate from CRM 4.0 to 2011 on newer server. Will this problem of report show will continue ? Or SQL data connector will resolve the issue?
Will keep database on different server and CRM application and reporting service on the other server.
Do let me know if have any way around for report error.

Hi Archana,
Check the following:
- What user account are you using to run SSRS connector on report server?
- Is this account enabled and has access to SQL Server database?
- Is he a member of Active Directory group PrivReportingGroup, PrivUserGroup, SQLAccessGroup?
- Does your SQL server allow remote connections?
- Also look in SQL Server Logs and Report Server Logs. (Location - %Program-Files%\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG)
Hope you find your solution in one of these. Good luck.

Hi,
Thank you for the reponse. I have installed MS CRM 2011 on fresh server with reporting services on the machine and SQL server I am using is on another machine , but in the same domain.
Then I imported the DB of current 4.0 CRM system and imported Org in CRM and interface looks running fine. But only problem is regarding report. When I run any report on CRM installed machine or outside it shows blank and no data or nothing is getting displayed. Is this related to permission issue? But in SSRS and CRM installation I found many issues and gave all the permissions required
Only the reporta are not being displayed, it just shows blank one.No error or anything is coming so it becomes difficult to trace.

Further,Please note the following:
-> CRM installation and Reporting Service installation done on the same machine while the SQL server is on the other machine.Hence, both the machine are under the same domain.
-> At the time of CRM installation I gave the CRM SSRS URL to be the http://localhost/Reportserver , and this localhost is where CRM and reporting services are installed.Do I need to give the Report server URL of the machine where SQL server is installed? Or missing any other configuration be done?

Hi,
I don't see any issue with the Report Server URL. The next thing I can think of is to check your Report Server. Browser to the same URL you provided and check the ConnectionString. Is it pointing to the correct SQL Server DB your CRM 2011 organization is connected to?
