windows live one care always prompts me to backup files, i'm too poor to buy peripherals, can i upload to free online storage? RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi,

yes, windows live one care will not give me an "A" until i have managed to backup my files.  i do not have any external storage media, and nothing else they suggest, as a matter of fact.  i need to do it the free way.  can i scan the web for free storage (don't know how many gigs free space i need) to upload my hard drive successfully?  is this possible in the first place?  i tried once and failed, but it may have been my own error.

please let me know how i can pull this off until i can afford a capacious flash memory drive or something.  it's just a short-term solution.

  • One Care does not support online backup at this time. I suggest turning off One Care backup. To turn off One Care backup - open One Care>Change Settings>Backup>configure Backup>Change Settings, uncheck "Turn on backup on this computer".
