    Hi

    I've been trying to validate my Windows Vista Home Premium at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate and it stays on the screen that says 'Windows Validation in Process. This may take a few minutes, please do not navigate away from the screen.' I left it alone for several hours with no change.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? I need to take a screen shot of the validation from www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate to send to my employer.
