    On a 800 res monitor the Reply to post page for this forum does not display properly.  The Button to submit is off to the right and barely visible.

    Yes, the layout was designed for 1024 minimum.  Use the horizontal scrollbar or upgrade your hardware.

    Horizontal scrollbar is disabled on that page in FF.
