How to to Sync SQLce Databse to SQL Server from scratch?

I am new in Smart Device Development, i have develop simple applications on Data logic Memoir for inventory and Inspection. The funny thing is i just converted MS access Database to SLCE Database and vice versa so the application can run Stand alone and then the data will be copied to ms access to Excel.

How can i start creating the real thing of synchronizing Data logic Memoir windows ce - Sqlce to SQL server? I don't have any idea because i just graduated this April. ")
