    I subscribed to Windows Live One Care.  When it came to the installation portion it stopped and did nothing.  Checked my subscriptions is paid.  Never got download for this subscription or PRODUCT KEY.  So I download free trail, but products keys don't match......what should I do....uninstall free trail, but then how do I get original subscription into my computer?

    Hello Nestell,  to activate the trial open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
