Hello Jayremix09,
Your Dell OptiPlex GX280 computer has nongenuine installations of both Windows and Office. Windows is a volume licensing installation done with an Invalid (aka keygen) key, and Office Enterprise 2007 is a volume licensing edition that was installed with a now-blocked volume licensing product key.
Does the computer have a Certificate of Authenticity for Windows? If so what version and edition is listed on the CoA? Also, did you get any Office materials with the computer such as genuine Microsoft hologrammed installation discs? If so, the CoA for Office would be on the CD sleeve. Do not post any product keys that may be printed on the CoAs.

You actually have three errors.1. You have a Volume licensed version of XP that has been marked by Microsoft as an invalid key. The key "M9TGD-WYBPT-H7HGQ" you have installed is a widely pirated version (do a Google search.). Your Dell OptiPlex GX280, if it came with a version of Windows preinstalled (some of them were shipped "plain box" with no operating system) should have a COA on the computer's back panel that will tell you the version of your operating system that has been licensed for that computer. If it does not have a COA the only fix would be to purchase a retail version of Windows. If this is still owned by the original company that purchased the computer and put the volume licensed operating system on it you need to contact the IT department at the company.2. You have a Volume licensed version of Office Enterprise and that key has been blocked by Microsoft. Enterprise is a volume licensed product that is also widely pirated and any key that Microsoft finds that is being used against their license agreement will be blocked. Again, if this is a company owned computer you should contact the IT department for resolution.3. You posted an XP validation error problem in a Windows 7 genuine forum (this is the most minor problem you have.) - Glad someone moved it to the proper forum. Hoep the OP can find it.Sunday, July 25, 2010 8:23 PM
