  • Hi
    When i track e-mails to the CRM in which entities does the crm search for a match e-mail address?
    As far as i know, in v3.0 the system searched only on Account and Contact

  • From what others have posted about their experiences when converting a lead, it seems CRM errs on the side of caution and brings in the record without association, waiting for manual intervention.

  • Hi,

    yes, this is correct. The client is not able to determine with which record it should associate the mail. Therefore you have to solve this issue by hand.
