Off Topic: Windows explorer (taskbar) freezes and start menu disappears RRS feed

    About ever 10 minutes or more, the taskbar freezes and I can't do anything. I have to constantly open the task manager, end the exlporer process, and reopen explorer. I don't know how at all I'd be able to fix this.

    Another problem I've been having is with my start menu. Whenever I open it, the shortcut files aren't there. The program folder and all of the *** on the right (including documents, computer, etc.) is still there. I don't know how I'd fix this either.

    If anyone has a solution to anyone of these 2 or just 1 of these problems, please help me out and reply with an answer.
