Cannot open the app RRS feed

    Hi I cannot open the window 8.1 app. 

    We are getting complaints from users so please give me a direction asap.

    app name: 833F0CD9.gateway

    app publisher: CN=047336E1-8E76-4F66-9125-A56C4AFBF14F

    Here is the situation

    We provide an app (named Gateway) for window 8.1 and window 10 separately.

    Windows 8.1 Gateway is preinstalled in windows 8 and windows 10 PCs.

    Windows 10 Gateway is preinstalled in windows 10 phone.

    Last year, we got report from PC manufacture that Gateway windows 8.1 was automatically updated after RS to windows 10 version which does not have UI for PC. Therefore we turned off the windows 10 desktop from device family availability so that Gateway windows 8.1 cannot be updated to windows 10 version.

    Now we are getting report that gateway cannot be open from windows 10 and windows 8.1 devices due to the error that my developer licence expiration.

    Does it mean that all your users cannot open your app or it is just a single user's behavior?

    Any updates? Actually the store will choose the best version for devices. So for those windows 10 PCs you to make sure that your Windows Phone 10 version also contains UI for Windows 10 PC.

    For the developer license problem, now the developers' license will not expire, you will have a long time for developing, so maybe you error is due to some other parts. I cannot be sure of the root cause based on your description. You'd better share us more details about your error, for example, a screenshot is better.
