  • I don't think you're doomed.

    Did OneCare report, "Quarantine Failed"?

If so, see this post for information about Quarantine Failed - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1548384&SiteID=2

  • Sorry guys but this didnt help at all.  I'm not happy with this one care thing. I think one cares, yes, and that's me, but other than that noone really cares.  I don't think I will continue after the trial and will now look for a better virus, malware and adware protection.  The most ridiculous thing is that during the trial I cant call the support number!  How in the world am I supposed to know whether the service is good?  Who of a sane mind will subscribe to a support that doesnt support?  Thanks anyway.

  • You can contact support via email. Phone support is costly, hence the reason that trial users can only use email support. You didn't, however, answer my question. Is OneCare reporting "Quarantine Failed"?
