I was a Microsoft hotmail user for many years(since I was elementary school), but my hotmail account is being blocked because someone went into my account and sent a lot of junk mails. I want to recover my account and I did contact the Windows Live Help
team.
The only thing they say is to open a new hotmail account. I feel they don't care about customers and they don't care how important are those memories to customer. I started to hate Microsoft because of their unhelpful attitudes. But still, I need my account
back. I have already lost more than 400 dollars and a lot of opportunities because they blocked my account suddenly. I missed all the announcements from school and my friends.
I want to complain Microsoft unhelpful and unprofessional customer service.
