Hello All,

I am looking on how to turn on a feature. We had an earlier version of CRM and we used to have a copy a case link or email a case link. We currently have CRM 2016 I believe and no longer see the copy a case link. Does anyone know how to turn this on to have the ability to copy a case link. Currently we have to click email a link and then copy that. The copy a case link would copy it for you.

I am using IE 10 so the copy a link should show from reading your post.

Any other ideas?
