Creating an appointment in Outlook for another users calendar RRS feed

    When creating an appointment in another users calendar the Track in CRM button does not come up. So if you go to the CRM contact and create an appointment and allocate the organizer as the person the appointment is for it will then come across in that users calendar but only when that user opens up Outlook. Is there a way for this to show in the users calendar so the person making the appointments can have an updated view as the user may be out of the office so will not open up Outlook all the time.
