    Dear Team,

    I am a MCT and  trying to join "Worldwide Learning SME Profile engagement on Microsoft Collaborate"  (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/collaborate/error)

    When i try to click on Join  SME Profile Engagement. I am getting below error 

    403: OK
    Operation cannot be completed due to insufficient permissions

    My Details are 

    Name   Vipin Kumar Jha

    Email  vipinom@hotmail.com

    Mobile  +91 9899404142

    Please look into this and help me in resolving this issue.
