I copied the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (1.9.0027.0) manually since when I click on "COPY", I receive the error message: Failed to create output files, hr  = 0x8007000d. Please contact support.

Please ignore the error message – it simply means that the program is unable to save the data to disk for some reason. 99% of the time it will still paste to your response.

From what little I can see, it’s likely that you have either BitDefender, Symantec Endpoint, or Avast as anti-virus.
If I’m right, then the solution is here....
You are at the SP1 level for updates – you need to uninstall your AV and update to SP 2 (probably best to do that using the SP2 standalone installer from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=16468 ) , then update using Windows Updates, and reinstall your AV.

Please post a full MGADiag report on completion (or if I’m wrong!)
