  • I read in the admin and deployment guide for Customer Portal doc that if I include *web* in the body of a note - that note will appear in the portal to the portal users.  I have tried this but only notes entered into the portal itself appear - and no notes entered into CRM itself appear wtihin the portal.  Can you help.

    I was also hoping that when I attach a Knowledge Base article to a case - that it would also update the case on the portal. Does anyone know why this is not core functioanlity - and if not how to achieve it.
