Cannot Open or Manage Window files or folders because of message- WPA failed- Missing Mandatory Peremeters/srv/db RRS feed

  • Question

  • I AM HAVING  TROUBLE AFTER LOGGING INTO MY WINDOWS XP, I GET A WINDOW POP UP WITH THIS "WPA FAILED! MISSING MANDATORY PEREMETERS?SRV?DB. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED? I REMEMBER TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A FILE TO UPDATE SOMETHING OR ANOTHER AND THEN THIS HAPPENS. THE FACT OF THE MATTER, I AM USING A GENUINE XP SYSTEM BUT THIS IS TELLING ME THAT MY COMPUTER CAN'T FIND THE "WPA". I HAVE TRIED TO FIND THE SOLUTION AND FRANKLY, I'M GETTING A LITTLE DISGUSTED. WHEN I TRIED TO GO TO ACCESSORIES THEN SYSTEM TOOLS TO GET THE ACTIVATE WINDOWS, IT WON'T LET ME NOR ANYTHING ELSE. IT'S ALMOST LIKE I'VE NEVER VALIDATED MY WINDOWS PROGRAM. WHAT CAN I DO? BY THE WAY, I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD TO TAKE THIS COMPUTER TO A SHOP FOR SERVICES, I'M ON DISABILITY AND NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR THOSE SERVICES RIGHT NOW. IF ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME, I'D SURE APPRECIATE IT. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A MICROSOFT SUPPORT ISSUE OR GO TO MY HP SUPPORT HOME. PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME REALLY NEEDED ADVICE. THANK YOU, CALEPRETE60
