  • I’m trying to setup CRM outlook client with Minimum security role.

    I got an error and it seems cause of the security role.

    Can you advice which feature needs to be ticked or enabled?

  • Double check the Business Management tab of the security role, see if the read permission on Organization is set. If so, and it still doesn't work, compare values on this tab you custom role with a system role and start setting a few at a time until it works.

  • I did assign him as an administrator and enabled all options without any success!!!
