Remove From My Forums

ON THIS FORUM: How can I remove my posted email or the thread that has the email

About a year ago, I posted at TechNet (MS?). I put my email (stupidly) on the forum I was asking the question and now it is showing on google. Please. I have looked for over an hour on trying to find the answer if I can either delete the thread or the visibility of the email showing (to the whole world) The site is hard to navigate; the questions I put in the box were not related to MY question. I am at a loss here. I have written to someone before. Please. I am inundated with almost 3000 mails I have to go thru.

Can anyone help me??

If we can find the original forum thread, then yes we can edit or delete it for you.
