During the CRM 2013 setup wizard we get the error: Failure: The user name or password is incorrect.
From the setuplog:
Check AspNetServiceAccountCanMonitorPerfCountersValidator : Failure: The user name or password is incorrect.
We use different domain accounts for all services and added the accounts for the
Application Service and the Asynchronous Processing Service to the
local Performance Log Users Group.
When we configure the
Application Service and the Asynchronous Processing Service with the network authority account the failure is gone.
