    This forum is actually for questions related to Microsoft Certifications and the related training.

    It sounds like you don't know how to use Visual Basic to build an app.  How to use VB is way beyond the capabilities of a forum.  You should consider either taking a class(es) or getting a book if you're good at self-learning to learn the basics of VB.
