  hi

  iran`s summer finish in 22 september. but windows automatically decrease one hour  in 16 september and it make problem in iranian work time.

  micro soft windows is most popular OS in iran and we ask you to set an upgrade for solving this matter.

  (this problem also occur in end of winter).
