Any option to Tag or send an invitation to Expert? RRS feed

    Hi,

    Is there any option in Forum ( at least privileged for Moderators) , to invite or send mails or Tag an forum user to a thread?

    I got this doubt after looking at the post JOE CELKO: There is a Nested Sets Model Question on Database Design

    Of course, this thread is locked, but still if there is any such option might help the moderators to reach SME's or Experts for certain posts.

    He has a book and a link to his blog in his profile.  He might have a contact method in either.  Other than that there is no method to contact (or request) a certain individual handle your problem.

    They may if they happen across it but there is a much broader skill set of answerer to help.

    Actually i was looking for a automated intimation to any expert from community ( or at least with moderator access). IMHO implementing such may help.
