    Hello,

    I want to take  the exam 70-483 Programming in C# but I want to know if i pass it, I'll be a MCTS or Microsoft Specialist?

    I didnt understand very well on Microsoft Certification page.

    The MCTS and MCPD titles is only for the older .NET 4.0 and VS 2010 exams. They are not being carried forward with the newer technologies.

    The new 70-483 C# exam is for the newer .NET 4.5+ and VS 2012 exams, such as Microsoft Specialist and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).

    If you pass this exam, you will become a Microsoft Specialist for this specific exam.
