Windows Registry - IE8 settings

I want to set standard IE8 settings to new domain accounts using Group Policy Preferences. Where is/are the location(s) of the IE8 settings in the registry, and is it the same location for XP, 2003, Vista, 2008, Win7 and 2008 R2?
