Why do I get the message 'You are not authorized to perform this action'? RRS feed

  • Actually, this particular forum was locked AND for a while, set to private, so people couldn't actually access it, this should be corrected now from what I understand.

  • May be the message was moved to the Moderator's only forum. I got the same message also.

  • This forum is locked, if you up a level to the forum you will see a locked icon. And yes, we have design changes in the backlog to make threads in locked forums more obvious.

  • Yes, I noticed that but if I hover over the lock icon I get a tooltip that says 'This forum has been locked and set to read-only mode'.

    Even though english is not my native language I interpret this as that it should still be possible to read the thread. I'm not trying to make a reply to the thread, just read it!!
