Hello Rajarajeswari,
The Windows XP Pro installation on your computer is a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of XP Pro that was done with a now blocked Volume Licensing Key.
Does the computer have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows affixed to it? Or you might have a retail packaged product from which you installed Windows that has a CoA on the outer package. If so, what version and edition of Windows is listed on the CoA? If a CoA sticker on the computer, does it have the computer manufacturer's name on it, or does it have "OEM Product" or "OEM Software" on it? Do not post the product key that may be printed on the CoA.
The installation of Office Professional Edition 2003 on the computer is a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation that was done with a widely pirated and now-blocked Volume Licensing Key. Do you have any installation materials or a Certificate of Authenticity for Office?
