  • I ASKED A QUESTION AND ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND.  CANT SOMEONE JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION AND HELP ME????????????

  • If you recall the email account that you used to activate OneCare, then you can contact tech support.   Just tell them your situation and give them the email address.  They will be able to assist.  I hope this will help you.
