Items listed as "Checked" but not fixed RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just downloaded, installed & ran Microsoft FixIt, and now I'm so confused, I don't know what to do!!!  Although the first statement made on the "Results" page was that "No problems were found on this computer",  there are several items listed as "Fixed" and MANY items listed as "Checked" but not "Fixed".  I am sooooo new at using computers, I have no idea which of the items are of a serious nature, and which may be of no consequence.  I'm including a copy of the report generated after I ran the FixIt program.  Please help me by giving me VERY basic, step-by-step instructions as to what (if anything) I need to do to have my computer run as well and as fast as it is capable  of doing.  Thank you for anything (and everything) you can do to help this ignorant, only-barely-literate-in-computer-lingo senior citizen!!!

  • Is this the way the report is SUPPOSED to look?  What about the issues that were listed as "Checked" but not listed as "Fixed"?  Does that mean that the issue still remains an issue, and if so, is it something I should be worried about?
