Difference between Limited Access Cal vs. Full Access Cal RRS feed

    Hi All,
            I got a new requirment for the my project that I need to reduce CAL's. Currently all the users (some thing around 5000) are having Full access.
    Now I need to distinguish them and has to provide read-only access to few and full to few.

    My Question is: If I have given read-only access to few users, can they perform create, update and delete Operations based on their roles. Or only Full users can do that. And read-only users can view only.
