Hi - can anyone point me to and perforance metrics that have been done using the collaborative components in 2.0 or 2.1?
I have seen reference in the 2.0 release that much work was done with large-scale databases to improve performance so that it was in line with other Microsoft technologies, and I have seen a posting in here someplace that compared the DML tracking of the
framework with native SQL Server change tracking. These comments are all qualitative and I am more interested in any quantitative analysis that has been done. I know there are alot of "it depends" with this and tuning can be done in most situations, but there
must be something out there that one can se to convince managers that the framework is something worth investing in.
Can anyone point to any such info?
Thanks!
