Cannot Show Email Attachments RRS feed

  • Is there any way in CRM or by using an add-on to see which emails have attachments associated with them from the main history view, without having to actually open upthe email.  Much like when you have an email with an attachment in Outlook you see the paperclip icon on the main screen.

    If you are familiar with CRM Plug-in, you may write a plug-in to accomplish this task. Create a custom field for the activity type, then create a plug-in associate to a note, if the note is an attachment, update the associate activity.

  • Ben - The c360 summary tool includes the ability to see which emails and notes have attached documents with a paperclip icon -  http://www.c360.com/Summary.aspx

  • We have been unsuccessful in installing c360 products and their customer support.  Is there any other product out there?
