How to download that orange "Microsoft Certified Professional Transcript" in PDF format -and where?

  I have downloaded it earlier in last summer but now i can't find it from anywhere at MCP site.
   
  
  I prefer orange one instead of that plain black text on white background web page which can normally be found from here:
