    I have received the message "The file C:\Users\Kimberly\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is in use and cannot be accessed" Please note I have closed everything and restarted the computer 2x and the box still pops up.  Please let me know what I should do. Have a great morning!!!

    Unfortunately we do not have the expertise to help you on this forum. I suggest trying http://support.microsoft.com.

    My guess is that you still have something that is locking the file open.  For example, an application that shows you your calendar events?
