Hi, I am also interested in ASP certification and this is what I've found:
Search for MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) and then MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
The best would be to prepare for .NET 4 exams, since it is the newest technology.
MCTS Web Applications Development
- 70-515 (Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4) and after that, there is
MCPD Designing and Developing Web Applications
- 70-519 (Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 4), but it requires to pass this three:
- 70-515: .NET Framework 4: Web Applications
- 70-516: Data Access
- 70-513: Service Communication Applications
There is also a bit older:
MCTS: .NET Framework 3.5 ASP .NET Applications
- 70-536: Microsoft .NET Framework - Application Development Foundation
- 70-562 : Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, ASP.NET Application Development
and then
MCPD: ASP.NET Developer 3.5 on Visual Studio 2008 (requires above exams passed)- 70-564: Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
For more informations, search for these exams on microsoft site. Good Luck!

There is also a list of certifications given as
