Email tracking of emails from RRS feed

  • I am trying to track an email in the CRM system from a Korean customer.

    When I hit "Track in CRM", I get the following error: "En error occured promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM." 

    The From field in the email contains Korean characters.

    Is this a known problem? If so, is there a fix available?
